What to write about
- Corrections. If something on this site is out of date or plainly wrong, tell us which entry and what the error is. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Suggestions. A hotel you think belongs in one of the four categories, and a sentence on why.
- Rights and permissions. Questions about text or images published here.
- General editorial questions. How we choose entries, how we describe them, why a particular hotel is absent.
What we cannot help with
We are not a booking agent and have no connection to the reservation systems of any hotel described here. We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation; we cannot check availability or quote a rate; we cannot pass a message to a hotel’s front desk. For any of that, contact the hotel directly.
